At any time the hotel can change the transport logistics, when weather or safety conditions require it, condition by number of passengers +20 by sea, otherwise by land. So far the transportation is by land, in case of being by sea the port fee of $26,500 per person is not included.
NOTE: In case you are staying in a hotel or building located in the areas of Bocagrande, north zone, laguito informs us to pick you up in the morning between 11:00 and 11:30 am

Non-refundable rate: No changes, modifications or cancellations are allowed.
NO show charge: Confirmed reservations that do not show up at the hotel or are cancelled less than 72 hours before the arrival of the passenger, will be subject to a charge of 100% of the value of the reservation. Law 300 on Tourism, Art 65.
Refund Policy: There will be NO refunds. Non-refundable fee.
