· Dock tax of $26,500 per person, payable directly at the Departure Pier. Subject to change by Corpoturismo Cartagena.

· Lunch on the day of arrival is NOT included. You enter with dinner and leave with lunch.

Terms and conditions

· Prepaid in full or credit card as a guarantee. At any time, the hotel may charge up to 100% of the reservation to your card.

· Non-REFUNDABLE Rate: Does NOT allow changes, modifications or cancellations.

· No Show Charge: Confirmed reservations that do not show up at the hotel or are cancelled less than 72 hours before the arrival of the passenger, will be subject to a charge of 100% of the value of the reservation. Law 300 on Tourism, Art 65.

· Refund Policy: NO refunds, NON-REFUNDABLE rate.

· We have biosecurity measures and standards in place in all our processes.
