· No-show charge: Confirmed reservations that do not show up at the hotel or are canceled less than 72 hours before the guest's arrival will incur a charge of 100% of the reserved value. Law 300 of tourism, art 65.  

· Refund policy: No refunds will be issued, NON-REFUNDABLE rate.  

· NATURAL EVENTS: The hotel is not responsible if bad weather, rough seas, strong waves, turbulent waters, heavy rains, storms, or other force majeure events occur during the service, in which case the hotel may choose to postpone the service.
