TRANSPORTATION INFORMATION

Please note that the Accommodation Rate includes ONLY ROUND-TRIP GROUND TRANSPORTATION from Cartagena at the following fixed times:

- Ground transportation costs COP 100,000 round trip per person. Departure from Gate 1, La Bodeguita Pier, between 11:00 a.m. and 11:30 a.m. (arrival time: 60-90 minutes).

- Ground transportation outside of the above times costs COP 300,000 round trip per person, which can be added when making your reservation on the website, including the desired time. Please contact our reservations center for service details.

Round-trip boat transportation from Cartagena is NOT INCLUDED and has the following fixed schedule:

- Boat transportation costs COP 300,000 round trip per person. Departure from Gate 3, La Bodeguita Pier, between 7:00 a.m. and 7:30 a.m. (arrival time: 45 minutes).

- If you wish to include your transportation, you can add it before finalizing your reservation on the website. IMPORTANT: Outside of these hours, it is not possible to request or reserve boat transportation; therefore, your transportation to the hotel will be subject to the conditions of the included ground transportation.

The hotel may change the transportation arrangements at any time due to weather conditions, security concerns, or as required by the authorities. A dock usage fee of COP 31,500 per person is NOT INCLUDED and must be paid at the ticket office before departure. View official document of Corporacion de Turismo de Cartagena.

If you wish to arrive in your own vehicle at Isla Baru:

Please watch the explanatory video on how to reach our private parking lot in Baru. From there, the hotel is accessible by boat in approximately 15 minutes.

BUFFET BREAKFAST ACCOMODATION RATE: Buffet breakfast served every day between 7:30 a.m - 10:30 a.m

FULL BOARD RATE includes meals as follows:

Arrival Day: Dinner – Departure Day: Breakfast and Lunch – Days between the first and last include all three meals (Chef's suggestion buffet menu).

One non-alcoholic beverage to accompany each meal.

Does NOT include: Alcoholic beverages, snacks, sports drinks, special à la carte dishes, or dishes with dietary restrictions.
