Departure time from Cartagena to Isla del Encanto Hotel: 12:00 p.m.

Departure time from Isla del Encanto Hotel to Cartagena: 02:00 p.m.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

    • Mínimum of one consecutive night of lodging
    • Full prepayment of credit card asguarantee
    • Flexible rate: admits changes and modifications in arrival and departure dates as long as the minimum number of nights is maintained.
    • No show charge: confirmed reservations that do not show up at the hotel or are canceled less than 72 hours before the passenger’s arrival, will be subject to a charge for the value of the first night of accommodation.
    • Refund policy: no money refunds will be made, instead the possibility of rescheduling the service will be granted without penalty for change (Decrees 482 and 557 of 2020)
