The Corales del Rosario National Natural Park is made up of 27 islands, islets and keys that give it that name. Isla del Encanto is located in the extreme southeast of the Corales del Rosario National Natural Park. In pre-Columbian times it was populated by the Carib Indians and inhabited by people of African descent during the Spanish domination.
