- NATURAL EVENTS: The hotel assumes no responsibility if, during the provision of the service, there is bad weather, swell, strong waves, turbulent waters, heavy rains, storms, or other events considered force majeure or fortuitous event, in these cases, the hotel may choose to postpone the service.
