IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Accommodation Rate includes ONLY ROUND-TRIP GROUND TRANSPORTATION from Cartagena:
• Meeting point: Gate 1, La Bodeguita Pier, between 11:00 a.m. and 11:30 a.m. Transportation departs at 12:00 p.m. (60-90 minute trip time)
• Hotel check-out: 1:45 p.m. after lunch
• Luggage allowance per person: one piece of 23 kg and one personal item
* Ground transportation outside of the above hours costs COP 350,000 per trip in a private vehicle (maximum 3 people with one piece of 23 kg and one personal item). The ground transportation is to our parking lot in Barú, where a 3-5 minute boat transfer will take you to the hotel. This service can be added when making your reservation on the website, including the desired time. Please contact our reservations center for details.
Round-trip boat transportation from Cartagena is NOT included:
• Cost: COP 300,000 round trip per person
• Meeting point: Gate 3, La Bodeguita Pier, between 7:00 a.m. and 7:30 a.m. (45-minute trip). Boat departure: 8:00 a.m.
• Hotel pick-up: 2:45 p.m. after lunch
• Luggage per person: one piece of 23 kg and one personal item
- If you wish to include your transportation, you can add it before finalizing your reservation on the website. IMPORTANT: Outside of these hours, it is not possible to request or reserve boat transportation; therefore, your transportation to the hotel will be subject to the conditions of the included ground transportation.
The hotel may change the transportation arrangements at any time due to weather conditions, security concerns, or as required by the authorities.
